CA Padamshi L. Lalka is the senior most Practicing Chartered Accountant of Whole Kutch district and is practicing since 1960. He is the guiding force of the team with his varied experience of over 60 years in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation and management consultancy.
He is Founder Member and Past Vice President of White Eagle Education Society which is running CBSE English Medium School at Devpar (Kutch), Past President of Gandhidham Jain Mahajan for about 30 years, Past Honorable Secretary of KDO Jain Kutch Ekkam for about 32 years.
He is Committee Member of Sadhu Vaswani English School, Gandhidham and is Managing Trustee of Seth Vardhaman Kalyanji Trust (Vasai Jain Tirth) Bhadreshwar, Taluka Mundra Kutch district which is the oldest Religious Temple of Jain religion in Kutch district. He is a Trustee of Shwetambar Murtipujak Jain Sangh Gandhidham, Shri Virji Ladhabhai K.D.O.Jain Vidyarthigriha, Shri K.D.O Jain Shikshan Prasarak Samiti Trust and is Chairman of Smt Purbai Lakhamshi Charitable Trust since 1980.

CA Vishal P. Lalka was inducted as partner in 2000. He is incharge of Overall Administration, Audit and Consultancy division of Lalka & Lalka LLP. He was Member of the Continuing Professional Education Committee of Western India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for 2005-06.
He is past Trustee of Kutch Vipassana Kendra and is a Qualified Yoga Instructer and Hasta Mudra Therapist
